You had me seriously worried for a second! Why do you do this to me - I'm glad you're okay. :D

Sup. I might be able to help...
Loss of balance? Muscle weakness? Any double vision? Any sight of flying lights? Take a thermometer and put it in your armpit for 5 minutes. What is your temperature? Any nasal discharge? Any cough?

Ok, I was asleep, thanks a ton guys
My balance is kind of fucked up, not a lot but I'm stumbling and having to catch myself just a little bit. I get occasional migraines (they dont feel like this though), and just a really bad headache will cause this (which I have) so I dunno.
Yes, muscle weakness check
No double vision or lights but I have had a tiny bit of distortion stuff, really rare and not nearly as severe as a migraine.
I dont have a thermometer but I'm quite sure I'm not running a fever. Maybe i've spiked into one after falling asleep in a ton of blankets but it goes away basically instantly. Roommate verifies I feel pretty normal.
Nose totally clear.
I just started to get a really wierd infrequent cough just this afternoon (4 days in) Its rare and completely nonproductive, feels kind of like a half-reverse-hiccup
THANKS A TON.

Final questions Any limb pain? Is it like needles, or electrical, or like a burn, or just like pinches?
Have you had any other episodes like this that lasted more than 24 hours? In more than one month?
Any mood swings in the past 3 months?
Trouble swallowing?
Age? Sex?
Has there been any family history of any neurological conditions?
Oh, and if I were you, (and knowing the probable diagnosis already) I'd just stomp on my nuts and get my ass into an ER. And yes, I'm an ER doctor.

no limb pain, had some really wierd pins and needles/wind rushing around feeling this morning which felt awful but went away.
no trouble swallowing
no mood swings
Me and my mom side get migraines, aunt on moms side had brain cancer
I do remember having like a few day thing sort of like this in middleschool, but I can't remember if It was nearly as bad as this. I don't think so. I just remember it hurt to move my eyes.
I think I'm going in tomorrow morning to a clinic.
The wierd thing is that if I take acetaminophen it makes most everything like hugely better for a really long time, I took some this morning at 9am and it really smooths out the eye pain fast but left me feeling REALLY bad (much worse than before i took it) with no headache but all sorts of shivering and wierd feeling and just feeling really fucked up.After that I just gradually feel better and better for like hours. its 8:20 and I still feel leagues better than I do if I dont take it. I can actually look at a computer screen.
This is all useless though because it comes back the same or worse the next day on waking. I felt stunning terrible this morning.

If its something wrong with your eyes, you could go blind if you don't see a doctor. I have this wonderful disease called glaucoma. My eyes randomly start to hurt so bad that it makes me vomit.

Hah! My gf suggested optic neuritis and MS too. Also suggested shingles in cranial nerve #5 but he's a bit young.

yeahhhh, that may or may not have been a relatively transparent attempt to get medical advice without putting medically trained people from the US at risk of lawsuit.....just sayin

The initial visit to a family doctor would cost $100
