I did pick up yesterday and I haven't smoked any yet. The goal of today is to play 20 games of starcraft, at least. With a catch. I can smoke as much pot as I want over the next couple of days while I grind out games and familiarize my body with all of the feelings of winning/losing/adrenaline. I am somewhat of an adrenaline junkie as I love sports, speeding and scaring myself with physical feats. I'm not used to just sitting here and have my body pumping it out and not have anything to invest it in to :/
Rollerblading around town between cars, down hills, in n out of people on busy streets is one of my favorite activities. So i'm used to the buzz, the tingles and the fear but just sitting here between games is like torture I guess because my body associates adrenaline with extreme physical activity. Either skating, biking, boxing, rock climbing or hiking. Not just sitting around and it's not like I can work out more than I already do. It's already 13 hours a week intense cardio/BB'ing. I've tried burpees, shadow boxing and skipping between games but it wastes so much time. I'm distracted when the game starts and it's not productive.
I'm one of those nerds who likes to do things as optimally as possible or I go do something else until I can. I know it's just a matter of training my body to accept sitting down for a few hours and grinding out games. Don't get me wrong I have a TON of fun playing the game and do enjoy it. I'm just so confused as to what to do. I even tried using a pre-workout for my ladder run yesterday. That went terribly, after two games I was so wired I had to go for a run. From my research it just amounts to ladder grinding so the only way out is to get it done. So I think a little bit of some weed to calm myself when it gets really bad so I can continue without flipping out I can increase my endurance, hopefully. Thanks for reading
