First day of the rest of my life!

The first day had some ups and downs. Woke up to a killer storm outside so the day started off pretty miserably. No cardio today but I haven't smoked and that's the most important goal as of right now. I haven't played a game of SC yet, knowing full well the cheese will come and rage will ensue. I did run in to a really fun browser FPS called Offensive Combat which I dumped a good portion of my day into. It's centered more around fun than competition with custom teabag animations, funny outfits and hats, it's pretty cool lol.I got into competitive gaming through FPS games, primarily halo 2, 3 and Quake. I did chest today as every Monday 3 sets of dumbbell flys, dumbbell presses, incline presses and flys and inclinated push ups. Followed by 2 drop sets and I super set the flys + pushups for some extra burn.

The cravings haven't been too harsh. Mind over matter baby. Not as enthusiastic as I was yesterday but it's going well so far. Having quit before I know the week ahead is only going to get worse so i'm going to go ladder and get it over with. Before the real withdrawal hits and I want to smack everyone who immo/sentries or 10 pool blings me through the screen. Get some endurance going so I can push myself harder when the need arises.

And I believe in TL Doc! I lol'd hard at Samz joke, t'was a good one. I'm determined to quit not only for my health but I have a marathon goal in 2013 and I doubt I would make it being a smoker. Granted it takes awhile for your lungs to recover, my diet is impeccable, I'm going to be doing training specific to my marathon goal and I've only been smoking again for a few months now. I quit before after smoking for 4-5 years and was "clean" for almost 2 years so I think i'll make it out alright
