As for how Starcraft is going I've been practicing my macro but I can't stand Infestor/Broodlord because it's so slow. I almost exclusively go Muta/Ling/Bling against P and T except for a couple of scenarios. Against Zerg I do the same as everyone and go mass roach/infestor maybe some hydras and then Ultras or Broodlords depending on what I see. I haven't used builds really up to this point except for when I was just starting out.
I picked a couple of muta builds to work on over the next few days and Destinys 2 base infestor - double expand style. I don't want to be a Zerg who relies on defense and Macro nor do I want to be an all inner. I want to master Muta/ling harrass, infestor burrow/drops, nydus, things of this nature. I want to finish the game with these tactics almost every time because I can't stand BL's. If I have to of course end-game I always will because who wants to lose? right? lol
Last but not least my fitness goals for 2013. I've been bodybuilding for about 6 months and it's going really well. I train 6 days a week and do 20 minutes of cardio a day (usually walking). This year I want to run at the very least a half marathon by Sept.12 my birthday. Starting tomorrow every morning will begin with a one hour walk/jog 2 minute walk, 1 minute jog for the first week and increasing the running distance each week as I see fit. My cardio is terrible and it's going to really suck at first.
As for my Bodybuilding routine it's Mon- Chest Tue- Back Wed - Legs - Thurs - Shoulders Friday - Arms Saturday - abs. I'm not currently using any supplements because first starting out i'm going to gain muscle like crazy for the first year anyway. After that I will add in pre-workouts, creatine and whey shakes to boost my second years performance and gains. I do have a trainer who has CF and had a double lung transplant over 10 years ago. He's a combat athlete, natural BB'er and he's also an MMJ patient and a really good friend. (who borrowed my glass collection) To keep me away from smoking temptations.
