As for dealing with it, just make it a habit. As soon as you get home from school and finish eating sit down and finish your work. If you keep doing this it will become second-nature to you. It will normally take maybe 1/2 an hour and then you can enjoy whatever you were going to do instead with a clear conscience. You take the same amount of time to do the work, but produce better work with less stress.

Other than that, you have to train yourself to act in a new way. If you procrastinate a lot it's because you've learned to. So you'll have to un-learn your old ways and then learn new ones. This is a process and takes time and devotion. If you can achieve these things then fighting procrastination will be infinitely easier; one step at a time man.

The other half, is when you need to get something done and you have time, don't think about doing it, just start doing it. Once you start thinking about it, you start saying 'well maybe I can do this tomorrow, and that way I can rest right now.' But usually what you need to do isn't even going to take that much time, and you'll have low quality rest time because you'll be feeling like you should be doing something else. So get in the habit of just doing something at the first opportunity to do it, and you will feel a lot better. You've made threads like these before, and I know you watch a lot of youtube videos / read a lot of random crap on the internet. Consider how much time you're actually putting into these things, and how you could put your time to much better use. Sometimes I will spend a day on TL and feel like crap. 'what the hell did I do all day?' That's a wake up call. If I just decide 'ok, this week I'm not looking at TL' I feel a lot better and get done what I need to get done. Of course, usually I can be disciplined enough to just go on TL looking for one specific thing and then leave. What takes time is browsing. What takes time is looking for something interesting. When you go on youtube looking for something interesting or to solve your problems, you're wasting way more time than if you have something specific in mind you want to do with youtube, and when you're done that thing you go do something else. You can wrap your head around it a million times, but I think the problem is simply that you're thinking about it too much. You're making a mountain out of a molehill. Don't think about it, just do it, and your problem will probably disappear.

eating healthy as possible + tryin to lift every other day, meditate etc etc still doesn't cut it. feel like i have this huge mental fog preventing me from doing shit. occasionally it lifts and ill set out on a mission to do all the shit i have piling up but then i just get exhausted and cant function(excuses i know ), try to guitar/ sing and do healthy stress relief shit but it doesnt cut it , so i research shit online to distract myself. anyways vid helped more so with just thinking more positively than overcoming procrastination, just figured some ppl on TL would benefit from it

Also drinking excessively or smoking are going to make efforts at exercising or eating well complete wastes, so you can't be doing those if you want to be at your healthiest.
