He has just returned to the team he created many years before SlayerS: SK Telecom T1 (which now also plays SC2).His much criticized decision to give up his KeSPA progamer license in late 2010 to create a new SC2 team certainly helped the new GOM leagues on the way in terms of popularity (primarily with foreign fans), especially GSTL which SlayerS won twice in 2011. But they weren't the only team. In fact, most of the now well-known non-KeSPA teams had already been established when SlayerS came into being. Nonetheless, you're correct in saying that BoxeR has done a lot for competitive RTS gaming. And I am glad he is still around, even though he may not play as a progamer himself anymore. | ||
