Ok, I never played Brood War or any RTS so I don't really know how maphack (what you actually see on the minimap) works, but I can guess what to look for. Also I am not that good at Starcraft, but the game I played this day had me ponder, did I just meet a cheater?
In the game it felt he always seemed to be ready for what I was doing, mainly my mutas, I've felt that against other players and after looking at the replay it was just them having an Obs on my army, having Xel'Nagas, basically anything that could be explained.
So when I started this replay I was already going in thinking 'Ok when and where was his Obs?'. To my surprise, he didnt get actually get an Observer until the 18:30~ mark and very rarely had control of the Xel'Nagas. So I decided to go through the whole game through his PoV and well look for yourself. Oh yeah this is in Silver, so expect unspent minerals and stuff.

Yeah, if you're going to hack, at least be subtle about it. For example, if you use maphacks to see a nydus network before 3rd, don't just "blindly" prepare for it, send a scout in at an "oh-so-convenient" time, that way you have an alibi.
Unfortunately, Blizzard doesn't prosecute maphackers all that much, so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
lol, cheating and still being absolutely terrible. Yeah, that's 100% cheating though. Seems you were outplaying him at every turn without map hacks though, so good job.
guess all you can do is report this guy, maybe even link this video to blizzard in comments when you report him lol. Hackers ruin the game. I played a Terran who hacked, he was not very good but he saw everything I was doing before i saw him so i lost siege wars.

Why are you giving pointers on "how to be good at cheating"? Very suspicious...
Report that cheater. I don't even understand why someone would want to cheat in Silver. What do you have to win compared to what you have to gain? Hope his account gets banned
That is probably one of the most obvious maphacks I have ever seen lol, there is NO way he could just decide that moving his stalkers around like that for the whole game was a smart decision w/o knowing where your mutas were at all times.
lolol these videos are always so fun. I just wish there was a more transparent system for reporting. I know banning in waves is better for catching everyone, but being able to report someone and seeing them get banned an hour later would be really gratifying.
