Try doing 10 pushups after a loss, you get to take your anger out in a positive, physical way.

I realize everyone gets angry eventually or, rather, frustrated. But I agree with this 100%. It is only a game and you cant win all your matches. Relax and if youre doing terrible in 1v1 play some 4v4 or something and just do silly things.

I let out all my rage on those unorganized bastards. lol

now i lose some.. and tilt some... and rage lots :D but even in a 5 loss spree usually it goes like : 1st loss: rest of this session i will have detection by 7min if i havent scouted properly 2nd loss: i will drone scout ":D" 3rd loss: i will keep macro'ing behind aggression 4th loss: i will not get complacent and try to win with only banelings into a siege line etc.. usually i will lose a few but a few games into the session i become a monster and start playing better all round. Also helps to have a couple of practise games before ladder for the same reason, to get into your comfort zone. If you get too mad try having music on and, if you're not too shy to, sing along.. might just be me but i cant be sad or angry singing out loud
