I've always suspected that most pro-gamers were atheists, and that they don't mention it because they don't want to alienate viewers. Screw that, be open about your worldview! Thanks for being honest, Catz.

Then I hear about MLG wining and dining players and the like. It's great to see the players getting rewarded, many of them deserve it; but on the other hand I don't know that I like the idea of MLG playing the heart strings of the community by telling us PPV is a necessary direction for the community then using the money in such a way. I guess at the end of the day MLG can use their money however they want, and incure whatever expenses they want. But as a customer, I can also spend my money on what I want. I'm not being convinced that the MLG model is the way forward for the industry. I'm going to be completely honest here. I would like to see players get better rewards and treatment, truth is I've got limited financials. While I'd love for you and your friends to have a wacky vacation in New York, somehow I just don't think that's the best usage of my money. I'll be sticking to NASL and other tournaments that don't charge me $$ to send players on a vacation to the world's most expensive cities. Whether my attitude is right or wrong, either way that's just how I feel. Take it for what you will. See! This is why I PMed you, "I don't know" is vague and there are negative or positive connotations to how you posted, but you just didn't include your opinion. Probably to avoid arguments and the like, I respect that. I also agree to a certain extent, but since I don't know all the details behind the scenes we can't be for certain, but food/hotels/flights is the responsibility of the sponsors in my opinion. If they are having difficulties and MLG is just being extra nice then perfectly fine I love them more for it and I will still support them end of the day, but imagine if they invested this money in the prizepool. Marketing a tournament to society and presenting it as a true professional EVENT with a $100K 1st price, is something I would like to see in the future.

If I have guests over I will make them stand in that one spot its so clean. For a second I thought you were going to say you'd have guests over, make them puke and guilt trip them into cleaning you whole room...
