Hello Team Liquid. I am a noob. I'm rank 47 bronze. I play Protoss, and I live in Missouri. Now this blog is about my laddering adventure. Sure it may not be interesting but I feel the need to talk to other people who play the game as more then just a game. I play on a crappy computer that can barely handle sc2 on low graphics without lagging. I hope that some day I can rank up. I spend all day watching pros play or talking in protoss strat. As of late I have actually been afraid to ladder but I shall begin, and I shall climb. Through practice and determination.

i don't know y you have ladder anxiety. its not like you can go anylower.

just keep on trying to improve. by learning one build for each mu. gl

Tape a piece of paper over the 3x3 command interface in the bottom right hand corner of the screen. Once you can play like this, only using hotkeys, your mechanics will improve exponentially as opposed to linearly.

Welcome to the site and best of luck in your efforts.

You might soon feel the need to start contributing to all the various threads here, before you go ahead I suggest you thoroughly read the Ten Commandments to avoid getting into trouble and some time silently observing and picking up on what is okay and what not might be helpful as well.

That is not to discourage you in any way. I hope you enjoy your stay. Btw. There are plenty of threads and blogs on ladder anxiety that you might find useful, you can use the search bar to find them.

I also started as a bronze noob. Now I'm a gold noob. and if in season 6 a work a little hard I *might* go platinum!! Wooo!

One thing I'd suggest you to do, as someone else mentioned it already, is to get over your ladder anxiety. Most people get it at some point in time. Just focus on improving your play, rather than focusing on going up the ladder, your MMR will settle up at your skill level and go up naturally as you improve.
