Not even in my wildest dreams could I do something like that. Congratulations! You shouldn't just write it off as talent. Look at all the pictures he has ever drawn on his youtube channel. Think of the hours it took him to draw all those. Now think of all the hours it took him to reach that skill level. This guy is a very hard working and dedicated guy. You have to respect that. Somehow, I feel like no matter how much time I put into it, I could never paint like that. At one point in my life I had my third birthday and from then on my painting skills stagnated. There is definitely also some form of talent involved. It just looks like magic to me. First off, LOL. Also I agree, I'm sure he worked his ass off to get to where he is today and I'm sure he's working even harder to progress, but to be able to create the way he does requires certain talents whether marginal or otherwise to be present. You can pretty much see that in the video, it starts with something nearly anyone could draw, just some simple outlines of the shape he wants to achieve. Then, as the video ends, you see an incredibly detailed illustration that needs a talented vision and skilled hand to achieve. It's basically a marriage of both talent and hard work, hence the incredible quality. =)

Do you have any evidence that drawing like Glider does requires talent that can't be acquired through practice?

![]() Okay, coming from someone who is terrible at drawing, looking at these kind of paintings just seems so superhuman lol. Amazing as always, you've got some serious talant at your disposal. Please keep doing what you're doing! ![]()

Also that backwards smiley face is creepy, man. Okay, this is not a very good example but after 5 minutes of youtube searching this was the best I can come up with. + Show Spoiler + In the very beginning of the clip I'm in the very top right. The white kid in the purple shirt. There are a few parts throughout the movie where I'm in actually focus (not much but hey, what are you gonna do?)
