Consider this as a complement to the SC2 Korean/Foreigner Transfer List.

This flow chart shows transfer relationship between the existing professional StarCraft 2 teams located in Korea:

+ Show Spoiler [Excluded players] +

Excluded due to not achieving Code-S status
(Z)Drug, (Z)Golden, (Z)Terious, (Z)Sleep, (P)HwangSin, (P)NalZa, (P)Avenge, (P)Carmel, (P)GuineaPig, (Z)Junwi, (Z)Fairy, (Z)Tandongho, (Z)Monster, (P)GuineaPig, (P)SocceR, (T)Hack, (P)cOre, IceCream

Excluded transfers from clans
  • (Z)FruitDealer was in fOu Clan before he joined oGs. He was never in the fOu SC2 team (ty Antoine).
  • (P)San, Banbans were in the Zenith Clan before joining HoSEO. They were never in the ZeNEX team.
  • (Z)July was in the PRIME clan before joining StarTale. He was never in the Prime team (ty Eufouria).

All transfers with international teams are excluded.

  • Trade information on this chart is sourced from each team's Liquipedia page, such as http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft2/ZeNEX
  • Team Logos sourced from VirgilSC2
  • Generated with Lucid Chart and withing editing on GIMP
  • International teams are excluded; trades and partnerships between international and korean teams are not charted
Check out the SC2 Korean/Foreigner Transfer List instead
  • FXOpen is considered a "Korean Team" for the purpose of this graph
  • WeMade FOX has disbanded thus not included
  • To simplify relationships, only players whom has achieved Code S status previously are noted.

A conditioned statement does not deny it being an absolute one.

Clide going to StarTale is unfortunate. I fiddled around with him (and rest of the arrows) for half a hour, he is the stranger.

My point is: what's the point in even mentioning that. "For the purposes of this graph" implies that generally it is not considered a Korean team, despite the fact that its entire roster is (and has been for several months) Korean.

Random nitpicking !

Ops! Unfortunately, I don't see a way to untangle sC without keeping all the arrows pointing upwards.

i dont think you can include fruitdealer as coming from fou because when he was on it he was just on the clan, not the team. they're separate entities.

I was confused when I saw this, I never knew he had anything to do with fOu.

I find it funny how Ns_Hoseo is just chilling in the corner all by itself.

However, didn't (P)San initially start out on Zenith before moving over to NS_HoSeo? Would that technically count him as a former Zenex player?

I don't recall San ever played as part of the ZeNEX team, instead of a mere clan member of Zenith or NEX. I am considering removing the fruitdealer's arrow from fOu, since this is a similar case as San. It would certainly simplify the arrangement quite a bit.

Hack from ZeNEX to StarTale is not included. GuineaPig from TSL to MvP is not included either. San and Banbans also started out on ZeNEX, then moved to NsHS. I guess Sage too.

(T)Hack, (P)GuineaPig, and (P)Sage were never in Code S. (P)San and Banbans were previously on the Zenith Clan, but I cannot find any conclusive evidence that they joined the ZeNEX team before moving to NsHS.
To simplify relationships, only players whom has achieved Code S status previously are noted.

While working on a paper draft of this flowchart, I found that without excluding non-Code S players, the relationships became overly complex and positions no longer meaningful.
Thank God and gunrun.

This is actually very interesting. SlayerS have not lost a notable player to a non-Korean team and have gained the most from other teams.

Was July ever officially on the team Prime? He was with the clan but I'm pretty sure Startale is the only Starcraft 2 team he's been on.

San was never on ZeNEX.

Being a member of Zenith =/= being a player for ZeNEX. (For instance (P)ClashLegal is the Zenith captain, however he plays for Team Clash)

Thanks for the credit for the logos by the way :D

Removed July from PRIME and FruitDealer from fOu based on our discussion. Also cleaned up the flowchart nicely.

Thanks everyone
