This takes years to happen, but the result is a glans almost completely numb to the touch. It happens because what was basically an internal organ is now permanently exposed to the air and chafing against clothing. The shiny, sensitive mucosal tissue turns rough and dry. While foreskin restoration can never restore the frenulum (different degrees of loss depending on the cut) and nerve endings in the foreskin, it CAN restore sensitivity to the glans by keeping it protected and moist. | ||
