Depending on what / who you're optimizing this for, I'd tune the bassline down a little bit. (I'm running a stereo/headset here that allows me mixing stuff myself.) ... Actually I think it's not the baseline I find disturbing... sec... The metallic/clicking attack sound on 1/2/3/4 sounds weird because it "melts in" very strongly with the bassline. Tune that attack down a little imoimo.
On another note I can't wait for the obvious break/solo after those 16s. =D ... Go ahead, I like it so far.
Which program(s) are you using for this?

Thanks! :> I did have a lot of problems with the bassline, to be honest - cause I just don't have a clue how to do that^^ I'm using Ableton Suite 8 together with Native Instruments Komplete: Kontakt for the brass sounds, Battery for the drums, some Massive here and there..

the bassline is fine, but if you want to make it sound cleaner - raise one of the bass osc's with an octave or transpose the entire song a few keys
