I would advise if you hit a gym to give a rowing machine a good go, is tough on your body but will lose you lots of excess weight and will help add some muscle Morzan :D | ||

I've been overweight my entire life and I went out and bought an exercise bike so that I could watch Starcraft 2 streams on my TV while exercising (helps get rid of the boredom) and I just wanted to say you have finally given me the kick in the butt I needed to REALLY get going on becoming healthy. I'm at 216 pounds and believe me I'll be busting my butt right alongside with you man =) Good luck! | ||

If you use your SC2 motivation you will do great! But one question, how tall are you? You seem rather tall. Anyway, 92 kg (202 lbs) 183 cm (6 ft) tall (I used to be 245 lbs) 8th of Jannuary is the day of reckoning? | ||
