Makes it a bit more obvious (I'll admit I had to double-take but once I saw it it wasn't an issue). As far as the ear thing, I wouldn't worry about it imo. It looks boss as hell as it is now, something about the normal headphones with the dog ears up top seems like.... more right, and cool. | ||

Can always add that later or do tons of variations on the logo afterwards but first you should try to find the best possible position if text to logo (bit closer together maybe imo) and defining the symbols look perfectly before you start worrying about smaller stuff like metal textures and colors :-) just my 2 cents edit: oh and this logo does not really fit the subject imo. your logo excudes macho, tough, military, industry vibes. husky is not really like that though. hes energetic friendly talkative and not very serious. his original logo fits him better imo. | ||

I do agree though that having that elliptical "center"/"core" for the headphone would make it look better. The Husky font is ok but I agree that you should experiment with it a bit more. I am however curious if there is a way you could integrate the HUSKY word into the logo itself so that it is not separate from the logo. That way, in the future, catchphrases or tag lines are placed below it but still part of the whole background. (I don't know if that made sense) I also don't know about the background, any other textures? Carbon Fiber-esque maybe? It's ok but I don't why it is something my brain took notice of after admiring the logo. (don't know why though, so up to you). Great job and GL with the contest. =) | ||

If you want to avoid the fridge-logic kicking in, make the centre part of the headset thinner rather than wider. It does look weird as is, not really either or. Regardless, pretty freaking awesome. I'd probably think it was a badass gaming clan logo of some sort. I'm not sure how, but if you could find some way to inject more of husky's personality or vibe into the logo, I'm sure husky himself would like it a lot more. Regardless, great job! | ||

The logo is good, but not good for Husky. I don't think it really fits in with Husky's persona. It's too cool/metallica/new agey. Look at the Husky SC2 animated short, and a lot of the music videos and such he puts on youtube. They're all funny / light hearted / cutesy ... that's basically the persona that Husky exudes: silly, passionate, funloving, etc. This logo doesn't really capture any of what Husky represents except for the fact that he's a caster and likes dogs. | ||
