so tomorrow's my friend's birthday, and i didnt remember until, you guessed it, today. I don't think i have any time to do anything actually unsubstantial but she is one of my best friends, so I don't wanna just say, "I forgot" so i was thinking of making a number of origami things, same number as her age, so any suggestions what i should make? thx tl <3    | ||

There are some really cute and simple models you can print and fold off these sites: http://paperkraft.blogspot.com and http://www.papercraftmuseum.com If you know what she likes (maybe a certain character or food or anything) just run a search and I'm sure you can find something appropriate. I was eventually rejected (she left it hanging for so long until I demanded a yes/no) by a girl I gave a bottle full of paper cranes to. By a bottle I should say a jar, because I dumped in at least 250+ of my personal stash (I used to keep a large stash... it's probably down to less than 1k now). I hit it home with one of my past my gf (well, ex-gf now) who was a fan of Phantom of the Opera - I did a bit of research with her friends and decided to go for a single origami rose with a black ribbon tied to the stem. Worked like magic. So... you don't have much time, but do a quick check whether she'll appreciate it or not. Good luck! | ||

if you do go to the drugstore and buy her a couple bottles of nail polish (you srsly don't have to spend more than 10$ on this) if you have questions about what colors to get let me know and i'll tell you which colors almost every girl will like, this is my go to present for any girl edit: also this is me personally but if a guy gave me something thoughtful and handmade that has no practical use i can guarantee that it would be buried under a pile of crap within a week | ||
