Anyways, Ive been thinking of trying to get some teeth whitening done and was wondering if anyone had some experience with this? The strip things are alot cheaper then going into a dentist, how well do they work? Is it worth it?

If they're severely stained, consider whitening, otherwise, I suggest using your money for something better or for later.

It made a small difference but nothing huge. I think there are other ways to do it but I chose the cheaper/not as difficult way. The way I did was basically a concentrated version of those strips. If you're unsure I would just use the strips for awhile, they're not expensive and if they get the job done then you don't need to go to the dentist for it.

Almost double the Hydrogen Peroxide of the stuff you buy in stores. I've read lots of great reviews. There are stronger whitening strips that you can buy that you can't buy in a drug store? Can you provide a link

the bottles sold in stores are already diluted, usually 3%-5% hydrogen peroxide, but follow the instructions on the bottle. pour a small amount of the solution into a glass, mix in some tap water. and use as mouthwash. do not swallow. those white strips are just hydrogen peroxide; a nicely packaged gimmick. + Show Spoiler +

Otherwise, you can have the same result from Crest White Strips. However, this is a gradual process. You will not detect whitening result right away (leading to discouragement and thus stop usuage of tx). Requires patience and dedication. Try not to skip any days in between. Also this depends on the sensitivity of your teeth whether to things that are hot or cold. For severely sensitive teeth, I do not recommend it to be done in an office setting. In such case, best result will be by Strips with less hydrogen peroxide concentration strips. (For longer period of time)
