We all have those things we wish we could forget, that we never tell anyone, that we desperately try to hide. It's time for me to delve into my memory, and bring back up what I normally strive to leave behind.
Try to, for just a moment, remember grade school. That cute little adorable thing with one teacher, where the biggest scariest beings haven't hit puberty yet.
Neil Armstrong elementary School lies a mere half mile from my house. The memories I have from that school are mixed, but the worst memory it brings up has nothing to do with the school itself. When I was in third grade, my best friend moved to Colorado. He had been my best friend since I could remember. And unfortunately, my standard for friends was that if someone wasn't as good a friend as he was, I wanted nothing to do with them. At all. Bad standards I know, so when he moved away I had no friends. I was mentally distraught (though compared to now it was just a molehill) My parents had no idea what to do, so they sent me to therapy. With a pedophile.
No, I wasn't molested. Harassed, taught about puberty, and event that wouldn't happen for four years, forced to take my shirt off and more or less groped (upper half) while I cried. All the while my parents ignored my cries for help, and continued to pay the idiot. If that wan't enough, he had some sort of disease that screwed up muscle control (I was 8, give me some slack for not remembering what it was). So, not only was he a pedo, he was pedo who hobbled around, who could barely speak, who was a cripple. I gave my soul to that pervert, every last drop of information and demanded help. He returned the favor by making me more confused, squeezing our family for money, and staring at me while eating chinese food (every 15 minutes or so I'd have to get him a coke, one of the few funny memories I have of that.) Eventually my parents figured it out and withdrew. That took two years. By the time I came out of it I had managed to sort myself out. Sort of. And NOW my parents wonder why I have a lack of sense for personal space. The only advice I ever got there was "fix it yourself".
On a lighter note, my boyfriend has finally toned it down. It took a month but he's no longer completely sex crazed. Maybe I'll have him around for a while anyway. At the least, maybe I can get him improve his appearance so he can actually get someone once this is over. Greasy hair, acne, no fashion sense whatsoever, awful at predicting reactions (yes, kissing your girlfriend for twenty dollars outside the lunch room is NOT a good way to keep her around)
Tomorrow is probably either about him or random urges I'm having. Yes I've decided to make this a daily thing for now.

Did your parents not decide to pursue having the man arrested or files charged or anything? Surely if they knew what was going on they would have given you more sympathy and better advice?
Regardless, Im so sorry you had to go through with that. Quite a few of my friends have had something similar happen, and I know how tough it can be.
In regards to your boyfriend, why are you going out with him if you already know you'll end up breaking up with him?

Did you tell your parents this the first time this happened? Still, it really, REALLY irritates me to still hear parents who are so slow in reacting to what their children tell them. Sometimes it might end up as that "Boy who cried wolf" story, but if I was a parent that heard that some bastard was groping my kid I'd toss him off a cliff.

They never did. They took me out because it wasn't doing anything. I got a bit passionate when I wrote this, so some parts don't make much sense. I was pretty distraught at the time, so they blamed it on that.

I was hopelessly in love with him. Its lifting. Also because he's the only possible guy I can be with right now. (gay people aren't exactly everywhere. He's actually bi as opposed to gay (which is causing a lot of stress since he can't really relate to me))
