ive always used what people would consider a lukewarm shower coz heat hurts my skinny frame. roommate has the shower turned way up by comparison. maybe i will try a bit colder idk.
i suffer from grass allergy but i dont think it is linked
i have not tried a non-dairy diet but again i doubt it is linked
Well, I might have over-exaggerated it a bit, but it did help very fast. After several days it was gone and as long as I followed the prescription and took care of it it wasn't there. Then after like 1-2 weeks my skin started to be in better condition iirc.
For the dandruff stuff (also seborrhea):- Eucerin PH 5 shampoo.
- Efadermin salbe, (salbe = oinment in german) 2x per day, 4 weeks.*
For the face:- Diprosalic lotion. This one is great *
- Advantan ointment 1x per day, 8 days. - I've noticed this one helps the inflammation, and helps in general.
- Salicyl ointment 1x per day, and after 8 days 2x per day. This they mixed in the pharmacy.
- Biotin pills to help the skin from the inside.
might have mixed up the places of the two with the *, but I think this is the most likely. You can google+translate to see what each product is, as I don't have them at hand to check. You probably won't have these products in your country, but you probably have some that fill the same role, with different name.
Also, what I've noticed, sweating helps. Especially if the face is sweating.
Edit, here are the ingredients of the things:
Advantan ointment
Diprosalic lotion
Efadermin ointment
Eucerin ph5 shampoo (click Sastojci for ingredients)
