I wonder if on their menu there is no food but a list of reasons why the food isn't described in detail. I wonder if the waiter takes things really seriously, and complains when things under his control don't go the way he would like them to simply because he didn't put the effort into controlling them? I imagine they have depressing acoustic guys playing songs all day, constant breakups occurring in there, managers looking at their balance sheets and realizing there is no way to stay in business, waiters who scoff at every customer they have to serve...
