(Personal favourite is Le Mis) 2) I'm gonna choose, pork knuckle because that shit is crispy and a manly piece of meat. I mean you are eating a pigs knee, take that vegetarians! 3) When it comes to cheese it has to be brie. Awesome on pizza, sammie, biscuit, you name it. It' soft, tastes almost like bacon and melts perfectly. There is no cheese like brie cheese.

We have it gilled and finished in the oven, drizzled with a home made lapino jus and toped with marinated shallots at the restaurant, Its to die for. A plate with this will cost you about $40. I've ate so much prime rib that I'm sick of it. It is known as the eye filet or beef tenderloin. This muscle does very little work, so it is the most tender part of the cow. As for cheese cant go wrong with cheddar. Oka is very nice too. Can I say cottage cheese? I love that stuff !
