The infomercials for it though are a riot. They talk about people gaining 30 pounds of muslce in 30 days and such and some of the pictures and timeframes are just hilarious. Its like flabby fat dude goes to 17" arm ripped beast in one month.

Chill out and ease yourself into it. Yea for sure! I can't agree with you more. I quit so many times as I've said before after only 3-4 days because I was trying to keep up with the people in the video. After I told myself that even though this is a "90 Day" designed program.. I had to also tell myself that I want to be a better person physical for more than 90 days... so I had to admit to myself that I would not have a super great body in 90 days. What I was actually doing was pacing myself in order to build a foundation... a gateway to a better physical LIFE, not just a temporary beach body. I know this all sounds really corny but... I feel better with myself with just doing what I can and not pushing too over my boundaries. I just finished the first week 10 minutes ago. I get a day off tomorrow and boy do I need it. But I don't feel like dying. I feel like I gave it hard work but paced myself so I wouldn't quit. Goodluck to anyone doing any working out! (Not just P90x) | ||
