No. I just thought the mod who warned me would respond. I didn't think I'd get all this attention. To the post before yours I'm feeling a temp ban coming as soon as the mods see it. Pretty safe bet. Vegas is going wild on the spread.

See, from everything I'm seeing in this thread, we could title it "reg: The Intervention" (always assuming, reg, that posting improves  ) and keep it around as evidence that sometimes, occasionally, TL users are helpful enough that mods aren't necessary.
Or we could have a temp ban issued on principle. I guess neither one would surprise me.

voted warning 2, not because reg has warranted it yet (im[non-moderating]o) because i can see this spiraling out of control and getting ugly.

Next time you should PM a mod about any questions or concerns about a warning. Making a thread (even in blogs) will not get you anywhere.

Also, you might have gotten away with it if you'd posted in the Feedback forums.
Here's a suggestion: edit the OP with some sort of repentance and promise to add more content to it. It just might be crazy enough to work.

I love reading these kinds of blogs. It's fun to see when new posters complain about a warning or ban by trying to justify what they said. Also, funny ban =P
But yeah, when dealing with sarcasm, making aggressive and offensive statements aren't the best option (and to be fair, your statement was absolute and was kind of asking for some ridicule).

it would be asinine to give him a warning or temp ban him for making a blog discussing this matter. even if you all are die hard mods-do-no-wrong supporters, surely you could allow someone to vent or question authority publicly. yes, TL is a privately-owned site with its own set of rules, but let's not silence anyone who discussing something that feel is unwarranted (while keeping it civil, of course), whether they were right or wrong in the first place.
while i have no comment on the post in question, i do think mods in general can be a bit overzealous sometimes. and as a mod of another website that has around the same amount of members as TL, i can tell you that mods are not infallible.
