"Jday" as it is called, is a tradition in Denmark, where the christmas beers are released. It was a great night! Until an unlucky starcraft player spotted a friend, moved along the couch/bench to get around the table he was sitting at. Until... He ran out of bench and ended up on the floor, easing the fall with his hands.

Broken hand, knuckle knocked out of place and perhaps a surgery the 16th.
Why would I want to play starcraft, when there's other unmastered skills such as:
Learn to write with left hand. 
Learn to sleep while it constantly itches 
... doing the dishes with 1 hand! (It's freakin' impossible!  )
... and taking showers with a bag over my hand! 
Be careful this Christmas, dear TL'ers! I fear we haven't seen the last of these X-mas beer victims!

lol if you think it smells bad now, just wait until the sweat and dirt build up in there with no air or anything to wash it away. I had a cast on my wrist when I broke it skiing and it was a harrowing month.
If I were you, in a week or so I would ask for a removable cast. A padded one with straps and things to secure it. It costs quite a bit more, so be prepared... but being able to wash your arm is TOTALLY WORTH IT!!
Don't try masturbating with it though, no matter how desperate... you wouldn't want to break it again, lol. You'll just have to retrain your left hand... it works eventually...

I hope there will be no surgery the 16th at check-up! If so, perhaps i can take the cast (sp?) off, it's really not helping on my knuckle. But I'm not a doctor
