I've actually done a report on working at Blizzard, though it was a fairly small project so no actual visits unfortunately. Basically, the professor wanted us to pick from a small list of fairly well known companies to learn what types of work environments different companies go for. I managed to convince her that Blizzard would be a good company for the project even though it wasn't on the list, lol. From what I gleaned from numerous press interviews and even articles written about it in a variety of local and online magazines, it is one of the most enjoyable and entertaining places to work in the area and in the industry. If I remember correctly, they have free car washes, full gym, volleyball courts, on-site chiropractor, dry cleaning, and plenty of other random benefits. The employees often get lots of free swag and WoW stuff and are given reward type things for how long they work at the company (like @five years they get a sword). Then they have their interesting work dynamics like watching random old sci-fi movies for inspiration or doing in-house tourneys with a stage set up and commentating and everything. It sounds like an amazing place to work and if I was in any of the related fields they are looking for, I would apply pretty quickly.

I am definitely more excited to see how this plays out now. Thanks for the support everyone! I really hope this works out.
