Digital buy Starcraft 2

I must say that i wanted to buy digital version of Sc2 as i don't need box and i am such idiot that i believed in better price, something around 40-45€. But what a surprise when i saw few minutes ago price 59.99€. For few minutes i was like wtf is this and then i realized it. Some intelligent Americans live in wonderland, in world full of magic, miracles and in world where 1USD=1EUR. On Amazon its for 59.99USD and its box version! Yes they wanted to avoid exchange rate loses, but guys in 21st century if you want to sell online you HAVE to have Xml connection with bank and update prices every day, that's how online business works. I must say i am very disappointed and it only confirms what i have said previously amateurism. Sorry for my English but i am p*** off.

Same happens with Steam games coming over, its terrible pricing.

Yea it was a shock when i saw 60 euro price on fucking cdkey. I assumed that they didn't announce the price before release because it's going to be lower and they didn't want pre-orders canceled. But 60 fucking euros is such a greedy and insulting decision that even tho i can afford it, i wont buy it on purpose and just order a box for 42 euros at www.game.net .

I thought newly released games were $50...or is it a new trend now starting with MW2

Yeah, the way they have handled digital distribution is a joke, pretty much.

Blizzard games were always $60...WarCraft III retailed at $60 when it was first launched.

EDIT: Anyway, even if digital copies sometimes have a cheaper price, I perfer purchasing a physical copy. With digital distribution, I never felt I actually owned the game I obtained. Plus, Blizzard games tend to have such awesome manuals that they are worth purchasing in their own right.
