Mobile Authenticator?

So I wanted to log into my Bnet account for the first time in a few months and I go to the website and it asks me for the code on a mobile Bnet authenticator that I apparantly own. I've never even heard of this thing before, anyone know what's going on?

Well if you don't know what a mobile authenticator is than that means your account got hacked and the hacker put an authenticator on it. You are going to have to call blizzard support.

there is some flaw somewhere, im very secure and this happened to me twice recently. also few of my friends and i seen people postin here about it quite a bit more

if u dont wana call u can email em too they will get it sorted out eventuallly

same thing happened to me. fill out this form and they will send an email to billing@blizzard.com

first time i emailed the guy he waited 6 days and closed it without fixing it. (his name was daniel2). second time i tried it got fixed in 2 days. it really depends on ur luck and who u get as ur support rep.

Same thing happened to me. Call Blizzard support and answer some questions and they will remove the key from your account. You'll probably wait on hold for about an hour.
