Lol I doubt I'm getting popular, This blog will last till the end of the week and then some other guy will come around with something that tops this. I'm quite generous and I was thinking about Sponsoring a tournament or 2 with a couple hundred dollars once i start work, I really really want to support this community and have Starcraft take over the world <3TL<3

This is very good for you and everything, and I'm very happy for you. But there is a problem here. You are saying that you got the job because of the common interest in SC2/BW/TL, this has nothing to do with the job you will be doing. There are people who are more qualified in that position, maybe more experience, maybe even schooling, who knows, but you are taking the job from people who deserve it more, just because you found a common interest with the hiring manager. It doesnt seem fair in the work world. Like I said it's nothign against you, I'm happy for you, but thats a problem

I'd be scared if my employer knew I was on TL, I don't remember most of the things in my post history, it'd be like them scoping my facebook. Grats to you though, I've had fantasies about getting a job with starcraft.

wtf no need for lessoning here. It's not like he wasn't interviewed and just got accepted by saying "teamliquid". Also in job interviews sometimes you got the edge by random stuff like that, that's how real world works.
