Terran: You have to pay for it. Zerg: There's universal health coverage, but its slow. Protoss: You're given cybernetic enhancements at birth but if you get hurt you're fucked (unless you're willing to forgo your body for a kick ass wheelchair). No health insurance bill can get pushed through legislation because the Protoss are wasting a lot of money on a pointless war against the Zerg.   | ||
