I decided to play on the basis of self-improvement, strategy and also kept using similar builds in order to refine them.
From last week i jumped from rank 24 in my platinum division (had a bad week, used to be in top 8 ) back to rank 12 and i hope to get back to top8 soon.
i have almost never lost a tvt so far, i use vikings for map control and seige tanks to gain strategic ground control
tvz i use a similar build and win almost everyone of these games as well especially if i hunt down enough ol's early and based on the map as some maps do not allow for easy zerg surrounding which helps out my seige tank strategy
i haven't played much tvp so far but i am slowly finding a better, more efficient way to play which is allowing me to win more tvp matches as well
today, i also played in my ro128 match. i lost the first game due to DTs and a misfired emp which could have helped kill the DTs. Since it was my first gaming tournament experience besides ICCUP, I started to hesitate at first but I calmed myself down for the second game in which I predicted that my opponent would probably expand after showing such an aggressive side in the first game. I was correct and timing pushed with 2 tanks, marauders and ghosts to kill his expo and slowly win the game.

The third game was the best but not a good game in terms of play. My opponent decided to rush me with 3 gates, once again playing mind games with me, and I decided to bunker up and then expand. Map was Kulas Ravine, a map in which Terran's can easily expand to the back of the base which is blocked by breakable rocks. From then on, it was smooth sailing as I safely expanded and constantly scanned for his expansions. He expanded quickly as well and got a lot of high templar/colossus which i unsuccessfully tried to seeker missle. (Colossus don't take too much damage from them while I did kill a bunch of high templar with them) I then pushed out with my upgraded force while he was distracted with trying to kill my Planetary Fortress which was a bad mistake on his part as I decided to keep repairing it and it bought me time to destroy his three expansions and stop his carrier force. He gg'ed and it was honestly one of the best satisfaction i received from playing a game.

All in all it was a great day for Starcraft 2 and I now must go study for my finals next week.
Can't wait for my ro64 matches.
