Edit: Looked it up, and apparently the LVCC was in talks with Blizzard about holding Blizzcon in Vegas, and they booked the dates to entice Blizzard to host it here. It wasn't supposed to show up on the site, but did. Then in a more recent article, the booking was showing up for the late October in Anaheim.
