Mmm, this was a delicious blog. I particularly enjoyed the parts talking about your burning back and buttocks and how male attention put a tingle down your spine... From your description, I could perfectly visualize how you ran that hard, salty mile across the asphalt like a 5 mph testosterone-fueled candy shop.

If you're ever interested, my slick companion, I would be more than happy to give you a few pointers on how to increase your body strength but it WILL involve a lot of leg work unfortunately.
