Look, i doubt there's anyone here who's younger than 14. And i'm sure at that age they've seen lots of porn movies, thought about fucking hundreds of times, seen artistic movies with whores, heard stories about sex and sex with prostitutes, sometimes THINK about having sex with a prostitute but mostly don't have the guts, see sex scene in papers, they are practically goddamn surrounded of trivial sexuality.
I think you're used with it, but minors live in the same world as we do. Have you ever tried to be aware of how many sex related stuff hits you every day?
And if there's anyone here within that age (that you are referring with as youngsters) i think it's much better to have a good/reliable (yes i think of tl.net as a reliable source of information many times) information.

PVD represent! When I went to Brown U. people always mentioned that prostitution was legal in Providence. Something about how business transactions that happen indoors are private so somehow prostitution is legal.... as long as you do it indoors. Actually after some googling looks like a bill was signed in 2009 making prostitution illegal in RI, so looks like Nevada/LV are the only places left in the US now =[.
