We still need to start organizing ourselves even before the coaches can help us. That way the coaches can more readily focus on just helping us improve. We still need to set up a day/time. I hear 7gmt on tuesdays from calm.... That works for me.. any objections or other times?

I can't do tuesday nights unless it's after about 11PM. I can't do Monday Nights either but I can do either really late or during the daytime.

Lol, just saw this. Thx for posting in the big CPL thread Shark, wouldnt have known about this otherwise.

Well I for one totally agree with getting together with everyone for practice. I will suggest that for ease we use GMT as the main time zone when we talk about practice time, since half of our team is on that time zone (if you have problems with this just go timezoneconverter.com).

Meeting up at 7 GMT is fine on my part for pretty much any day of the week (though 6 would probably suit me better). Either way I would say we should get organized with this ASAP. As far as I'm concerned I would actually like it to be something along the lines "Team practice is everyday at 7 GMT", that way on whenever day you come there's gonna be other guys from the team online. To sum it up as far as meeting for practice goes I'm pretty much fine with any time/date you guys decide as long as it doesn't go too far into the night on week days (as in no more than 10-11 GMT (since I'm GMT+2)).

Side note: Anyone know if we could get some sort of TeamSpeak or Ventrilo? (it would make communicating a lot easier)

P.S. : can someone put both our coaches in the loop about this discussion?

Okay guys, now that I'm out of the TSL I really want to focus on the CPL, I'm sorry that I've been a bit inactive but hopefully you understand <3

First off I want all of you guys to join this team with the accounts you're using for ladder games http://www.iccup.com/teams/11620.html

It's a good way to monitor activity and it'll play a huge role in who gets to play and so on, I'll personally try to play a lot more with you guys, but also try laddering a bit to encourage you guys to do the same; I hope this request isn't too demanding - Remember that rank doesn't mean anything, I just want to see a high number of standard-play games.

As for the meeting, I'm terrible at organizing stuff so I'm happy you guys have taken the initiative, I can be there pretty much everyday aslong as it's after noon and before midnight CET.

Well that'll teach me not to practice against every build. I got 2 hatch lurkered for the first time. Didn't prepare well enough and died. Still 3-5. Better than my 0-9 last season. I'll get some more games played tonight.

I'm TvT on Fighting Spirit
Calm is ZvZ on HBR
Shark is PvZ on Match Point
NR is Pv? on Outsider (I think)

So we need to work out when we can train together and stuff. Death I could use all the practice I can get in TvT so would you mind practicing with me? :>

Okay guys, I've taken a quick glance at the team I created on iccup, which I made on January the 12th, it is now the 17th, I know the 17th isn't over yet but for simplicity I'll say that this is 5 days.

Games played:
shark = 10, or 2 games/day average
nr = 4, less than 1 game/day average
qikz = 5, 1 game/day average
Deathgod = 20, 4 game/day average
Calm = 18, 3.6game/day Average
Henry = 0, 0 games.

Why exactly did you guys join the CPL if you planned on being this inactive? The people I met up with on msn all agreed that playing at least 5 ranked games per day as the bare minimum should be a rule in the team and as such it was agreed upon - but not even one of you has achieved that.

I know that things have been rocky in the team, Aerials ended up not wanting to coach and I had to prepare for TSL, but you have to realise that this isn't a clanleague that you just show up for once a week to represent your team, it's a league meant to help YOU improve, please ask yourselves: if you're genuinely not willing to put in the time and effort, why should you be allowed to stay, and why should WBC and I spend our time helping you out?

I'm sorry if this is harsh but I just don't understand what the problem is here, whenever I actively play starcraft, I end up at 15+ games every single day, not because I'm training, or pushing myself to get better, but because I fucking love this game - Don't you?

I played 9 games atleast yesterday. it wasn't until after I finished my streak of playing I realised I was on my wrong account. I still need to play more though. Going to try and fit a load of games in this afternoon ^.

Actually I play upwards of 15 games a day.. Just not on my cpl account. I mostly play on Card5harko6 although I do agree with your post. =D

Edit:
I have played 38 ladder games between the days mentioned... which is still fewer than I would like but I just started working and i am trying to adjust. I just want to point out that I do in fact play more than 2 games a day...
