hmm is it anything like BWAPI? Cuz that's what I use. It shows build order, macro rating, money wasted in queues, and minerals/gas per minute.

yea, except it does it on-screen during replays and if your observing games, which is extremely helpful to really nail the data to the circumstance behind it
