I was really curious about this decafchicken-- Do you have any clue if this is better than the G5? I've been rocking the G5 for a couple years now, but I've been hearing so many good things about the Salmosa. What makes this such a great RTS mouse as so many people claim? Should I pick one up?... And hand-me-down my G5 to my brother? =P Thanks dude. | ||

The salmosa is very light weight making it great for moving around with your fingers (hence good rts mouse). Much smaller than the mx518 which filled up a lot more of my large hand. I'd compare it as a better shaped miniob with more options for dpi/polling rate. Great tracking and responsiveness so far. And at this price (hardly more than a miniob) i think it's a great deal. Just wish it had two more buttons on the side for web browsing  oh well lazinessAND it has the picture of nada on the front  | ||
