So I decide for the 4th game: no more ZvZ for this session. So the first guy joins and instantly changes race to zerg. I politely state that I've played 3 ZvZ's already and want to play another MU. He leaves and everything is fine. Now I keep on kicking zergs and telling them why, since I'm a very polite guy. Now after the 7th, yes 7th, zerg joined my game I was like fuck this. From now on I'm gonna be one of those who includes "No Z" in the gamename.  | ||

Well it's good for me because I like ZvZ... just have to win with flu and stop producing green creep with my nose... I'm not sure how to interact with this blog tbh o_o | ||

Im enjoying it too since PvT is fun as fuck | ||

And the maps tend to favor zerg, although this doesn't always hold true. I haven't faced a zerg yet on iccup though. | ||

Personally I just set a threshold like "I will play 4 zvz's a night" and then try to be polite and explain it to people. Most people will understand if you send them a message like "hey sorry I just played 3 zvzs in a row." | ||

I actually find it kinda surprising that people would just switch races based on how well the pros are doing I don't buy the whole "zerg map pool" thing. Tau Cross and Othello have been around for a while | ||

I understand the prob though if you only want to play zerg in all mu's sinve zvz is kinda meh.Your situation was probably just randomness, but I wonder if I could finally make games with "Z only" in name. I've played 76 games in this season and of those games it has been 28 vz, 28 vp, 18 vt. Numbers would be a bit more to favour p/t because sometimes I refuse to play p/t if there's been too many of them in a row. So there definately isn't too many zergs out there, unfortunately  | ||

So I had the option to try something almost entirely new 'terran', go with the race I most enjoyed playing 'zerg', or do what would come back easier to me and play protoss. I chose zerg, I've just always liked the race, even when boxer was slaying kids with his ridiculous micro I was a fan of NC Yellow and the )iS(City/Side guys who put out some amazing replays. The race has always been dynamic and the ability to adapt and switch it up at any point in time just allows for more of a creative game play. Protoss seems so boring, and Terran would have been my next choice if I had more time to get familiar with the race in my days off. So yeah, I just like the race, but it's definitely possible others are seeing the dominance of the top zergs and are bored of their own race and just want to try something new. Zergs flexible, so much fun to play with | ||

Out of every 5 games for me, 2 are toss, 2 are zerg, and 1 is terran. Sadly, TvT is my best MU so far this season. Weird... | ||
