Imagine that you've just entered a college-classroom-type setting. You look down the aisle and see only two seats open, one on the left and one directly to its right; both seats are next to the aisle. Everyone is staring at you because of your late, abrupt entrance. If you were to sit down as quickly as possible, which one would you sit at?
The one of the left, which leaves the right side of your body exposed, or the one of the right, which leaves the left side of your body exposed?

While sitting in a lecture during orientation, I realized that as a right-hander, I would rather sit in the seat on the left. For some reason I feel more exposed when there's a person sitting to my right and nothing on my left. Perhaps it has something to do with an individual's strong hand? Or is it just me?

I dunno why, but ever since I was a kid I would always choose the left seat nomatter what.
Even if I go to PCbangs with my friends and the only seats left are the "Couple Seats", I always take the left side.

Right handed and right desk. Some classrooms have desks like this:

So it's slightly faster to get into the right seat if you're coming in from the back of the room. Though for some classrooms you enter from the front and I think I still take the right seat.

Haha it's my 'good side.' Not that my face is deformed or anything, I just find my self sub-consciously turning right in a large amount of my pics. I could spend hours when I'm high just examining my face in the mirror. Maybe my nose looks smaller from the left? Who knows. Anyways heres a pic lol

I am left handed. I would sit in either seat I suppose. I don't have any preferences on that matter.

I tend to lean against the wall on my right shoulder, even when sitting in a desk, so I'd prefer one against something solid. It just has always felt more comfortable, and if I turn my back to the wall, I can sit almost sideways in the desk and have my right hand still able to write. I find myself better able to keep eye contact with any instructor, and the board is directly in front of me if i sit at an angle.
Edit: I am right handed, btw.

I can fend off cattle and hobos with my right hand next to the aisle on the subway.

I just look at the people near each seat, and pick the one without an obese/annoying/etc. person.
