Add aditional information on the "Streaming on TL"

Is it possible to add additional information here: http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=175682&currentpage=23 - The "Streaming on Team Liquid" sticky.

When I first asked the question on page 6, I got a nice instruction from the staff as to where to post my stream-comment topic in order for it to be moved or transferred to the "User Streams" section, which at the time, wasn't so visible (so thus, less people were aware there was an actual section; it is now though and thus perhaps why more of the same question is being asked).

Since that time (and even before), it's been asked consistently and constantly throughout the pages by others who want to equally stream and have a topic for their stream. However, the information is not found on the first post, so it's constantly asked even when it was just answered one page ago or even a few hours ago.

I've compiled a list of the amount of times it has been asked, please note that this doesn't include all the times some have made topics purely to inquire:

Doesn't seem that many people asked over the course of the entire topic, but I felt this suggestion could help minimize the amount of questions being asked and help redirect people to use the form for any changes or additions to their streaming delight.

In summary because I somehow missed explaining what this topic is about: can the first post have instructions as to when, how and where users can post a topic to attach to their stream-page and for it to be accepted to be moved to the User Stream section?
