Since I don't see it here anywhere else but didn't really look all that hard, but feel people deserve to know about it...

FUCK YEAH TETRIS!

Sorry, I seriously think Tetris is the coolest game ever. Just to see people compete at it makes me a happy e-sports fan. I seem to always miss when its on Korean TV though. I didnt realize that version of tetris had a website and everything, thanks :D :D :D

Using the version on facebook my marathon top score is 700,678 and sprint score is 1:20.09. This is probably my favorite version of tetris to play. I know there are quite a few people on here that prefer blockbox though.

If you do good enough it asks you if you want to go up like 5/10 levels. I'm sitting at rank 14 on sprint 5P right now.

What? That makes no sense and your examples are completely unrelated to what I'm talking about.

I mean, they give you the same pieces (like o, t, z, s, l, j, t, z, or whatever), in that order, so if you memorize what the pieces are in order, you can play much faster...

Not all the openings are like that though, they probably have like twenty different openings, but if maybe you played it you'd see what I'm talking about.

EDIT: Oh, I see, you thought I meant that they have seven pieces so if you memorize the 7 pieces you can win. I meant the order of the pieces.

According to some users on the other site you play replays of other players.

I play it gets recorded, im lvl 5.

You come to play 2 days later (you are lvl 5) and you play my replay file.

I don't think it's that big a deal. If you run at 80~100 TPM that's, what, 4 seconds worth of pieces? 2 seconds during your peak TPM?

If only I had a bwchart equivalent to track my TPM over games hahaha.

Noob question: Why is it often reports the wrong stats at the end of a game? A lot of the times I'll clear like 7-8 lines and it seems like I'm winning, and then I'll get 6th place, and the screen at the end will show that I only cleared like 2 lines, when I'm positive I cleared many more. Can other players steal lines from you or something?
