Point of Emphasis: Great game imo! Comes down to the final expansion and who can secure it.. this game would have been lost by many of us time and time again but Mondragon continually uses plague, swarm and even ensnare at the top level. Keeps him alive and able to fight this out. Watch and learn!

Horror had 4k 1k and wasted SO many sci vessels over a single defiler or the chance at a defiler.. was sad to watch

my favorite thing about it is that mondragon plays literally terrible and falls into every single pitfall zerg can zvt (losing third/natural behing on grades) and he still with consistent and superior midgame and lategame mechanics wins. I couldn't believe how hard horror choked this game, I think mondragons persistency wore him down mentally and threw him way off of his game.

Ya I agree completely with your spoiler. I think a lot of times when one starts to struggle in a game they think they've already won easily, it can really fuck someone mentally. One expects to just cruise to an easy win and that over confidence can bite you in the ass and cause a lot of mistakes/weaker macro than you would have normally.

Yes I think there is alot of will power behind zergs like mondragon and to a lesser degree skill wise but a greater degree game wise incontrol that gives them the ability to make comebacks that are just rediculous. I am a big fan of epic zerg comebacks =).

Geoff any recent hydra/lurker drop games?

god i was actually wondering how the hell horror lost this game

This isnt horror's usual skill right? Skill shown in this game past early mid game by horror was really subpar for top foreigner

. Ive seen D players with better macro than that.
