Big Shot Gaming is back with another great LAN party for the Central Michigan University community and beyond! The Big Shot Gaming MegaLAN XV, held from 6PM April 12 to 6AM April 14, is Michigan's largest BYOC LAN party - and we're pulling out all the stops this year for an AWESOME StarCraft II: Heart of the Swarm event!
Of course, we'll still be hosting other tournaments - League of Legends, Dota 2, and Team Fortress 2 are all making appearances - but SC2 is holding a very special place as an EXCLUSIVE tournament at the event. That means that the SC2 tournament will be running throughout the entire event, parallel to everything else! The biggest and best matches will be broadcasted by our casting team (including the very illustrious WingnutSC [http://www.twitch.tv/wingnutsc]) so you'll have your chance to be in the spotlight at our event!
We would be remiss if we didn't tell you that we're offering CASH PRIZES this year to the tournament winners - $100 to first place, $75 to second place, and $25 to first place. The only cost to you is the entry fee to the LAN itself, $20. That $20 gets you two meals (breakfast and dinner on Saturday), entry to our awesome prize giveaways, and the ability to spend 36 hours gaming with 240 other people in Central Michigan University's Finch Fieldhouse.
