Tiebreaking Situations Group A: If Soo wins, he advances from group as 2nd place. If Hiya wins, Soo, Hiya, and Sea will play tiebreakers for 2nd spot. Group B: If Hydra wins, he advances from group as 2nd place. If Stork wins, Hydra, Stork, and Shine will play tiebreakers for 2nd spot. Group C: If Ty wins, then he advances from group as 2nd place. If Jangbi wins, then Ty, Jangbi, and Calm will play tiebreakers for 2nd spot. Group D: If Modesty wins, then he advances from group as 2nd place. If Hyuk wins, then Modesty, Jaedong, and Hyvaa will play tiebreakers for 2nd spot.
If all the tiebreakers are made, then this is going to happen.
Rules for OSL Ro8 Bracket. (Correct me if I'm wrong)
1. First place from one group meets 2nd place from another group 2. The two people who advanced from the same group cannot meet each other in the Ro8. 3. Map order is drawn randomly (The 4 1sets will feature the 4 maps in the pool, and so will the 2nd and 3rd set)

It's still a possibility, and the fiasco you were wondering to is actually 17 (18 if you count Effort's mouse incident) games long. I know, I translated the interview afterwards. I thought it would never end!!
seems like hyuk could do himself a favor by losing and having modesty come out of the group, eliminating JD, since Hyuk is top of group, he already avoided flash, and modesty will be paired with flash, fantasy, or killer, so the zvz sniper will have a hard time making it into ro4 to threaten hyuk. If hyuk wins, then he opens up the chance for JD to come out of the group, and that's a bigger threat imo.
