Shouldn't he be featured or is he not meeting some guidelines?

The only thing that is keeping him from being featured is his stream quality. :|

Once he bumps it up, he gets featured ez.

Garbage quality stream. Audio and video are extremely bad. I understand he may be a good player, but the stream is so bad that theres no reason to feature it.

Im pretty sure only part of it fractured. Could be wrong though. Also, it could be just he never changed his name if it did and is saving name change for later. Or that people know him as a PheonixWerra so he keeps it. Regardless, good to have him here.

WeRRa returned as ProS with most of its roster in the clan and most of ex-WeRRa players are in MvP team. I think some of WeRRa clan members may be with MvP clan as well. PhoeNix is with ProS clan iirc (HeaDProS it is). He still plays for MvP team.
