Major looked impressive in his qualifiers vZ but I think Hyun might be too much for him. It should be interesting because Major said he practices a lot with the TSL players so they should know each others' style pretty well. Major also said that he believes HyuN is the best zerg on TSL's roster so that may be signs that MajOr has a lot of trouble defeating HyuN in practice. For that reason I think HyuN will take the match, but it definitely has the potential to be close.
I know Lalush's best matchup is supposed to be ZvZ but Curious seems to be on quite a tear recently so I will have to give this one to him. Not sure how the lag situation will be for either player but I feel that by now, unlike in TSL3, people will be used to playing in online tournament lag conditions. Curious will be too strong for Lalush.
Vortix has looked really strong lately and managed to take a couple of games off squirtle's strong ZvP in the IPL Fight Club so I went with him here.
ret has the potential to pull off an upset here if he is really on his game but I think Squirtle is just one of the best protoss in the world and I'm not sure ret will be able to handle that if squirtle is also on his game. I went with squirtle

You know, you say Hyun has the advantage of "Korean-ness" but you forgot one CRITICAL thing. This is the TSL. It is also known as the Korean Graveyard. Being Korean is a DISADVANTAGE in the TSL. Major has yet another advantage.

Great write-up! I am so hyped for tonight!
Two minor things; Lalush should be Swedish and there is the wrong name in the header of the Karont3ǂVortiX vs. FXO.EU.BabyKnight series.
|
ERROR :p title vortix vs hyun instade of vortix vs babyknight and french flag is the best but lalush is swedish
|
Last paragraph ret vs squirtle: "Squirtle's dogged adherence to variety for its own sake might hurt him could hurt him here" i think there is a could/might hurt him too much ^^

BabyKnight fightning! Hoping to see MajOr do well aswell, I think he'll take Hyun hands down.

I'm gonna quote this as my predictions would be identical
