If you look the SC2 start forums, he's really aggressive to people with different opinions. He has good insight into the game and has created several great guides, but when someone disagrees with him, he goes ballistic. My only problem with Belial is that he seems to think that he has some authority around teamliquid. He would often make blanket statements without any evidence. When you confront him about said statements, he'll just get gets offended and spew stuff like "I am very knowledgeable with the game, blah blah blah."
He admits to the level he plays at, then writes 800 words of mediocre strategy advice in a matter-of-fact tone.

I'm a bit guilty of that as well, I once got a PM from a user telling me I was condescending, being a jerk, etc. Made me feel bad.

It's forbidden in the OP. There was a guy Nuked for advertising their team there, and another warned.
Edit: Actually the punishment for advertising teams in that thread isn't as severe as I thought. The guy who was nuked made a separate thread, I confused him with posting inside that thread.
Still wondering why that thread isn't moderated so much though.

You would think me questioning anything about this is me losing my faith in the staff but it really isn't.
If no moderating staff will respond to me then I think I will make a thread in website feedback.

It is very surprising that Chill is plat but at the same time it's kind of awesome because it shows you don't have to be heavy mofo at this game to be a person knowledgeable enough. I'm plat myself.

I don't really want to continue this discussion, sorry. I think it's kind of absurd. I'm wrong, you are right. I don't know what level you are, I'm 1.2k points masters zerg last season, and my average zvz game length is 17:58 minutes long so i run into broodlords and infestors and hive tech a lot.
Once you have just a critical mass of broodlords, infestors don't work anymore. Broodlord/infestor gets owned by pure broodlord/corruptor once the pure broodlord/corruptor army meets a critical mass of 200/200 pure 12+ broodlord and the rest in corruptors.
And no micro involved is ridiculous. The whole point is the broods just back off if you spam IT's, and then the infestors no longer have energy and you push when the ITs are gone.

Also, the general tone is very condescending, telling the guy he was responding to "You're right, I'm wrong" twice sarcastically. You interpreted that section of his post incorrectly. He didn't actually mean that the guy was right; he said it to mean "This isn't worth my time, I don't care about this discussion anymore."

This sort of unit testing makes absolutely no sense at all. You use broodlord/corruptor only to 'counter' broodlord/infestor, and you need infestors to 'counter' mass roach.
That has nothing to do with this build, that would be like saying "maybe a 6 pool can counter this?"
Belial is one of the worst posters that hasn't been perm banned on TL from a moderation standpoint. He has 26 mod actions from literally 16 separate mods. The only reason he hasn't been perm banned many times over is for his contributions to the SC2 Strategy forums.
