Building a good house always starts with laying strong foundations. This is especially true for the TL Store. Without a doubt making cool shirts for people to buy, love and wear every day, is the best part of running the store. The community was amazingly supportive for our store efforts over the last few years. We always wanted to offer great products, but along the way TL's store experience was below the standards our fans are used to with other established online vendors. While it is all made for fun and for the love of ESPORTS, running the store is a serious responsibility. That's why continuous improvement of the store experience is our long term goal.
Opening the EU store was a huge step for us, but now with store 2.0 we are finally able to give our products the presentation they deserve. Redesigning the store page was pending for some time and after a long period of trying out different ideas we landed on an interface that's easy to use and familiar, yet clean and minimal at the same time. The designer behind store 2.0 is our own Meko, and I can't thank him enough for his wonderful job. Now, all products on the TL store have their own pages full of useful information and real photos of actual merchandise. We hope the new and more professional look of the store will inspire more confidence in our products.
With our foothold in Europe, as well as the new store design, we believe the strong foundations for the TL Store are in place. It's been almost one year since our last new item and with all infrastructure projects finished it's time we get some new stuff out. But before we get to that, we want to share two of our most beloved products in a Special Celebration Pack.
Special Celebration Pack and Product Price Adjustments
To share our excitement about store 2.0 we are offering a special bundle package - the TL Hoodie + the TL Razer Mousemat for just $65! For the number enthusiasts that's about 18% off. Of course the same deal applies to our beloved European customers as well, both items for just €58. The celebration pack offer lasts only one week until May 24th, so make sure you get your items fast ! Here's another twist - we are offering one TSL4 shirt for free with every hoodie+mousepad purchase from our NA store, as long as we have the shirt available in your requested size! Make sure you add the TSL4 shirt to your cart, otherwise it won't be included in the order !
Please note that any discounts will show in your cart after you enter your address and continue checkout.
Alongside the Special Celebration Pack without any excitement whatsoever, we are enforcing some price adjustments across both our stores. The price for the 3S posters has been revised so it matches the price of the Classic poster - from $12.95 to $8.95 and from €9.95 to €7.95 respectively. For the owners of Cherry MX keyboards we are just factually stating there's a new price for 5 TL keycaps purchased and shipped together.
Finally, we are introducing a consistent Return and Exchange Policy for both the EU and NA store, to help give you as much information as possible when making a purchase.
wow i wish i would have purchased my TL hoodies now :/ Nice offer though, glad to see improvements in the store. I thjink there is a great potential there!
Looks very good, but I still wish TL would think about / actively pursue selling more products from other teams.
Imagine if most/all the other teams could be convinced to offer their clothes/gear/products through a TL storefront. I think most teams, especially Korean teams, would/should gladly give a small percentage in exchange for the increased exposure and usability a well-designed TL storefront would bring them.
I woulda killed for that back in the BW days, imagining CJ/SKT/KT/etc selling fan jerseys and what not on TL. Obviously there would be a lot of issues to work through, team-by-team, but it could be done piece by piece and I think it'd be worth it in the long run.

If they get clothing from all the teams on the scene, im definitely going to get myself a collection. Right now its just too much of a daunting task.
I would like to not be forced to register on paypal to pay, there are sites around that use paypal as bridge and they do not force u to register. Can be there the option?

Dat is weird, I paid several times through that guest option and havent moved to another country. Any idea?

5. Order Delivery All goods purchased from TeamLiquid's US Store must be delivered to the customer within 30 days after the order's payment. Within that period the customer is not able to open PayPal disputes over missing and undelivered items. If after the 30 days period the goods are undelivered, the customer is refunded fully.
My order was placed a few months ago, should this be something I pursue or do I just keep waiting?
Three months with no update on what's going on kinda sucks, to be honest. =/
Edit: Well that was solved incredibly easily. Thanks TL, for taking care of it, you folks are lovely. :D

We're in talks with sponsors on who gets which spot on the new shirt, so that is the hold up. Once those talks are done we will sell them again for sure.

Nice! Will pick one up for sure when they're available and show my TL pride. New store looks awesome by the way.
Heyy this looks awesome! But when go to check out is still charges full price for the TSL 4 shirt, but it does take off for the mousepad/hoodie deal. What should i do?
Is there a way to view the actual graphic not on the shirt (the actual jpeg image)? I'm on a 32" tv monitor and still wasn't able to view the graphic or the shirt in a high quality pop-out image or a magnifying glass mouse scroll-over. I was trying to see the detail on the TL Zerg and Protoss horse shirts.

But i have a question: Why isn´t there more razer stuff besides the mousepad at the store?
It´s such a common question on streams which equipment the players use and wouldnt it be cool if they could say: "i use xy and in the stream discription is a link to buy it in the TL store if you want to support us and razer". It could be a nice feature for the store too to make a note at the product "used by Teaja, Hero....." and maybe it could be good data to show Razer "Guys you are selling x more products because of you sponsoreship".
Browsed a bit through the return policy, and a number of things seem to be in conflict with European law. For example:
2. Returning goods for a refund. All goods purchased from the TeamLiquid European store can be returned for a refund of the purchase fee within 7 working days after the delivery. A reason for the return is not necessary (you can return the goods just because you don't like them). The customer in that case is to pay the shipping from the delivery address back to TeamLiquid's distribution facility. The shipping charge for the initial delivery does not get refunded.
-> as far as I know, the retailer is obliged to cover all shipping costs.
I'd recommend having a second look at all of this.

No. They aren't obliged to pay return shipping.
You're right about this. the cost to send the product back should be paid by the customer, however this isn't what the TL store says, it says the initial delivery charge isn't refunded, which is a violation of EU distance selling regulations.
It also doesn't follow UK DSRs, and I think their EU store is based in the UK?

Couple of weeks for me.
It shouldn't take longer than 4 weeks to arrive anywhere in the EU. Normally shipping takes less time than that.

It should be free for those who donated to the documentary. In fact, it should be impossible to add to your cart without donating to liquid rising. Make sure you have associated your TL account with the receipt of your donation (PM me if you are having trouble with this).

If you haven't contributed to Liquid Rising then you won't be able to add the item to your cart. If you have contributed to Liquid Rising follow the instructions above

This is because the Razer products we do sell are physically stored at our distribution warehouses. Adding Razer gear to our store would mean that we would need to order in items to our distribution warehouses for sale from there. Presently, we don't think this is something that we should be doing with the store right now.

Right now we are exchanging items only for US and EU orders, so Canada is not included. Of course if our distributor made a mistake and delivered a wrong size we are going to make the exchange.
Thanks, another question, the price for the TSL shirt says $0.00 but when I add it to the cart it's 12.95 even after i enter my information, I also have the hoodie and the mousepad there.

It should show as a discount once on the screen after you enter your address. The free shirt only applies to orders in North America (US, CA, MX).

Hi. I am also having this issue. I have the hoodie and mousepad and the TSL 4 shirt. I put a US address but it still shows up as $12.95
Perhaps I'm being a moron, but not only can I not find the TSL 4 shirt, but 10€ shipping on a 67€ order is outrageous. I ordered a 120€ keyboard from Germany with 0€ courier shipping, for a few cotton goods, it's shocking.

Some orders have been affected by some technical error, we're looking into this and hope to have it resolved asap.
EDIT: just confirmed that these orders should be okay. Simply an issue where some statuses weren't being sent through correctly. The order has been processed already.

I had similar problem, just switch to international version. It still costs the same.

New merch please! A new store with the same stuff will still not get me to buy the $65 hoodie T_T.. My girlfriend and I have wanted the hoodie for a long time but I just cannot justify the purchase. I would buy it if it was $45 max.
can anyone tell me about the shirts, are the "arm-lengths" ridiculously long or rather short? the reason I am asking is because of the fit, i like to show off my biceps without the need to buy S and M would be probably too small because of my chest :s
so is it like a regular tshirt or could it pass as muscle shirt?

It's hard to say without knowing how tall or bulky you are, but I found the t-shirt sleeves to be longer than average. They're not overly long to the point of looking stupid, but they certainly don't show a lot of the upper arm.
The medium shirt has sleeves that are about 9" long, which on me comes to I'd say just over 3/4 of the way to my elbow.

Nice to see you acting on feedback. For what it's worth, I've bought a few things when the store originally opened in the EU, and this has prompted me to buy a couple more. There will be no postage refund requests from me.
Does anyone know how long this sale will last and would mind pming it to me? I would love to get the mousemat hoodie combo, but will not be able to until next week
Wanted to order the hoodie and razer mousepad, but it says the mousepad can't be shipped to czech republic???? wtf? that makes me a sad panda edit: nevermind, I am an idiot... Just ordered, can't wait
I quickly looked for any comment of this not to double it, but I could not find it.
I went to the store, and the last shirt there on North America "TSL4 T-Shirt" appears as $0.00 which it is obviously not. Good thing though when you click on it, on the ordering page, it gives the correct price at $12.95
Once again, if somebody already said this, im willing to edit this comment out.
I understand there probably is international regulations rules here, but I am interested in knowing if it is in any way possible to add Norway to the EU section? Even tho Norway is not a part of the EU, shipping here from the UK ( I presume that is where you keep stock ) would be a lot easier and cheaper than from the US?
I bought a bundle + 5 key caps at the price of 120 dollars(with shipping). Today I received a call that I still gotta pay the almost 100% tax which literally raised the price by another hundred. This wasnt required for other shirts I bought, but its probably because of the price.
Fucking ridiculous taxes. I'm sorry, just venting my frustration here. Its a lot of money for me, but I can deal with it.
It's normal for orders to be 'stuck' at pending shipment from the EU store. They aren't, and are on the way to you. Orders shouldn't take longer than 4 weeks to arrive, normally it's much shorter.
I would just like to say that I just bought a hoodie and mouse pad (I already had a mouse pad but it got a bit dirty after a year of use so I decided to get another) and it was definitely worth the money I paid.
I wish I knew who made these hoodies, they seriously do an awesome job. Really high quality and an awesome cut in my opinion. Really comfortable and it looks nice with jeans or sweats and is not too heavy for warmer weather. Thanks Team liquid, definitely don't regret the money I spent on it.
