We're going to have two large flat screens in addition to a large projector in the middle of the main room showing the stream. It should be a lot of fun - hope everyone can make it out!

I think you can take the 1M which picks up along Guadalupe and will take you downtown. Be sure to look up what time the bus leaves on Sundays. You can use this link to help plan bus trips around campus. If nothing else, the walk isn't too bad.

awwwwesome. I've been looking for one of these barcraft evens in Austin since i heard people started doing them. I've got plenty of money for beer and I want to support establishments that do this kind of thing. I get out of work at 4 on sunday and I'm going to come right down!

I don't think we'll be able to get 150 RSVPs honestly. The TESPA Tournament, as awesome as it was, didn't have that many spectators live IIRC

Barcraft was fun at Franks! I only made it in time for the finals, and the place was so packed I couldn't even get any food, but it was still a blast grabbing a couple of beers, watching SC2, and talking with some of the Tespa guys again

Was definitely much more crowded than I expected. The food was good though (service was slow for obvious reasons).

Urgh.... so... stuffed.
That was a lot of fun. I ended up getting waaaaaaaaaaay too much, more than I should've, but I still ate it all. Too bad the games didn't last longer, I was hoping we'd be there until about 9 haha.

yea it was a lot of fun! even my gf who doesn't play games had a great time... defiantly going to be recommending Franks, not only cause they supported this but their food was pretty good!

My favorite player won while I was filling my tum with bratwurst, beer, and whiskey. Solid turnout too. Color me impressed.
Now who wants to play tipsy 2v2's?

Thanks for everyone who made it out! This event was a ton of fun and I can't wait until we can do it again. Hopefully we'll have a bigger venue next time to accommodate everyone.

Eh, normally it wouldn't be a problem at all, but me and my wife are getting ready to move, so expenses are up a bit.
Besides, it isn't the $10 parking that would get me, it's the food and beer.
