The drinking age is pretty dumb here in the states, but from my experience, it's not enforced as tightly here in NYC as in other places (I think mainly b/c the drinking and driving problem isn't one here). If you're at a restaurant nobody will check while bars are 50/50 when you're ordering a drink (generally there's nobody checking IDs at the door unless its a friday or saturday night). Nightclubs will obviously always check at the door. | ||

 Just realized that I actually have tickets to the BOS-NYY game that night with a bunch of people. Gaaaaaaargh. (I even /live in Queens/.)So.... how long is the after party?  Still going strong after midnight, amirite?  CITY THAT NEVER SLEEPS, RIGHT??? | ||
